ZorgMail

Send medical letters and reports securely from Flux through ZorgMail EDI.

Overview

With the ZorgMail EDI integration, Flux automatically sends medical letters and reports to other healthcare providers, fully secured and in line with NEN 7510 standards.

ZorgMail enables secure electronic communication between healthcare providers. Once the integration is active, you can send letters and reports directly from Flux through ZorgMail. You also get access to the ZorgMail Address Book, making it easy to look up addresses for general practitioners, specialists, and other organizations.

Sending through ZorgMail

Once you are connected to ZorgMail as a user, you can securely send medical letters and reports to other healthcare providers from Flux.

When creating or finalizing a letter, the Send option appears automatically. Flux looks up the correct ZorgMail address for the general practitioner or specialist through the integrated address book.

Letters you want to send through ZorgMail are created from your own letter templates. More information about creating and managing templates is available in the Letters section.

Notes

  • Only letters and reports can be sent through ZorgMail. Separate emails or attachments are not supported
  • The recipient must have an active ZorgMail address to receive messages
  • Flux currently supports only ZorgMail EDI. SecureMail is not yet available
