Ready for Christmas: The new standard for 2024
Year-end transitions are critical for many practices, and we've implemented major changes to simplify the process for 2024. You can now make advance modifications to your contracts for the upcoming year, and we’ve prepared all the necessary updates.
Years-end transition
We added updates to the:
- Physical therapy diagnostic for 2024
- Physical therapy chronic code list for 2024
- Podiatry diagnostic code list for 2024
The health insurance companies have revised their standard concern structure for 2024. We have added pre-configured templates for the new standard contracts from each insurance concern, complete with updated prices for 2024. Users can now select specific contracts and authorized procedures along with corresponding reimbursement rates.
Validity settings for prices
We added validity settings for prices to handle the processing of 2023 rates in 2024. Prices now require a validity period applicable to all pricing elements in Flux, including contracts, free rates and products:
Rates per period
2023 rates are now available for use in 2024 for those that will continue on their 2023 rates or have multiple-year contracts.
Automatic price adjustments
Price increases can be prepared and implemented automatically.
Period-based pricing
Procedures from period Y (2023) are billed at the Y rate, and performances for period Y+1 (2024) are billed at the Y+1 rate.
Advance preparation for new rates
New prices and rates can be prepared in advance for upcoming tariff changes (2023 → 2024).
Improvements & fixes
- Added an auto-save and restore function to the medical feed
- Fixed an issue preventing soap consultations from being completed
- The patient export map now downloads the correct export map
- You can now select care plans with a care plan selector within treatment plans
- Fixed a bug with the physical therapy diagnostic code selector in the intake flow
- Fixed a bug where you could not create a new patient
- Merging invoices now also works for multiple invoices from different insurance groups
- You can now merge claims for different healthcare insurers
- Fixed an issue with the claims always to health insurer override which in some cases would generate a direct invoice
- Patients can now switch health insurance contracts in January
- Fix an issue with the address form if the sbv-z check integration cannot find an address
- Added the sbv-z check integration for patients on file. You can find when the last check is done in the patient profile
- Fixed issue where the sbv-z check did not work when a patient address did not exist
- Fixed an issue with the Moneybird integration
- Fixed an issue with Moneybird when the integration is inactive
- Revenue is now recognized on the day of the consultation in Moneybird based on invoice line items and not at the time of billing based on the invoice date
- Added support for healthcare insurer claims in Moneybird
- Fixed an issue with the Moneybird integraton for sales invoices
- Added VAT support to the Moneybird integration
- Fixed a bug in the Mollie integration
- Added support for reminder fees based on a reminder letter when an invoice remains unpaid in the payment reminder flow
- Fixed issue where availability for some locations was not clearly displayed in the calendar, preventing users from identifying which user was at which location at a given time. This is now shown in the appointment section of the calendar
- Fixed an issue to recalls in the far future
- Patient search results now have an

- Added an override option for appointment types to not automatically generate any invoices
- Fixed bug where a new questionnaire contained responses from a previously completed questionnaire
- Fixed issue where the main treament goal was not pre-selected in the treatment plan during an evaluation consultation. If you open a medical update, select a a treatment plan and then switch to evaluation, the main goal will now be selected correctly

- Added functionality to display a daily availability percentage as a proxy for their occupancy rate during planning for each healthcare professionals
- Added feature to save agenda view preferences in user settings, such as displaying 5 days per week, etc.
- Fixed a bug with the reset the date of the claim after crediting of the claim invoice
- The period of the claim can be shortened. Added a warning for claims with line items that fall after the period's end date
- Added functionality to sort and select users based on their occupancy rate
- Improved PDF rendering and fixed referral information on the direct invoices for reimbursement
