The Moneybird integration keeps your accounting aligned with the work your team does in Flux. Invoices, claims, and payment statuses are processed automatically, without exports or duplicate administration.

That means Flux stays focused on care operations while Moneybird handles the accounting layer, giving your practice one reliable financial overview.

How it works

When an invoice or claim is created in Flux, the right customer, pricing, VAT, and status data is sent straight to Moneybird. Payments and corrections are synced back into Flux so both systems stay aligned.

This reduces manual reconciliation and keeps your debtor administration easier to manage as your practice grows.

Setup

An owner enables the integration in Flux via Settings → Apps → Moneybird. You then connect the correct administration and align the bookkeeping rules with your accountant or finance partner.

Once active, Flux remains the operational hub for registration, claims, and invoicing while Moneybird processes the financial side in the background.

Payments through Mollie

If you use Moneybird together with Mollie, online payments can be matched automatically to the right invoices. The updated payment status is then synced back into Flux in real time.

Your team always knows which invoices are still open and which ones are complete, without manual bookkeeping checks.
