Efficient calendar navigation
Imagine opening the calendar and, with the press of a button, effortlessly toggling from week view to your favorite colleague’s day view.
You zip through days with ← and → in week view, and after Sunday, Monday of the next week immediately appears. In day view, you fly through time slots with ↑ and ↓ as if scrolling through your own agenda.
And before you lock in an appointment, the planner quietly whispers, “Hey, do you already have something here?” So you never double-book and work much more efficiently.

- Custom intake letters: During the intake, you can now select your own letter templates to directly send a letter or message about the intake.
- Webhooks: Configure external endpoints and receive real-time notifications for key system events.

Improvements
- The user's AGB code can now be selected when manually adjusting an invoice
- All GDS response files are now saved in the background
- GDS response files, if available from Vecozo, are now always added in PDF format
- The ZorgDomein inbox has been added to the dashboard overview
- Subscriptions are now easier to manage and can be started, stopped, or paused monthly. These actions can also be scheduled for the future
- In the calendar's week view, you can now navigate per day using the ← and → keys, with automatic loading of the next day after the last day
- Invoices not yet synchronized with Exact are now visible
- From the treatment plan, you can now send an appointment overview of the specific treatment plan to the patient
- In the calendar, you can now quickly switch between day and week view for a selected staff member, navigate days in week view with ←/→ (continues to the next day), and time slots in day view with ↑/↓
- The patient's BSN number can no longer be registered a second time
- Minor improvements to the online planner to make it easier for patients to schedule appointments
- When selecting a staff member or time slot, and when actually creating the appointment, we now perform an asynchronous availability check to prevent double bookings
- The start time is now shown in the appointment slot on mouse-over
- Z-trajecten (chronic care plans) can now be processed more effectively
