Overview

With the Yuki integration, bookings and source documents are processed automatically from Flux. Invoices and claims are sent straight into Yuki so your accounting stays digital, current, and easier to scale.

That gives your practice one operational workflow in Flux while your accountant or finance partner can keep working in Yuki with the same data and attached documents.

How it works

When an invoice or claim is created in Flux, the relevant customer, VAT, pricing, and status data is sent to Yuki. The source document is stored alongside the booking so the accounting trail stays complete.

When payments or corrections come in later, those updates are processed as well. This keeps the booking, document, and payment status aligned without extra uploads or manual checks.

Setup

The integration is enabled once in Flux via Settings → Apps → Yuki. An owner connects the right administration and aligns journals and ledger accounts with the accountant or Yuki partner.

Once connected, Flux remains the system for care administration and invoicing while Yuki handles the accounting workflow and document storage.
