With the Exact Online integration, your team works in Flux while your accounting is updated automatically in Exact. Invoices, claims, and payment statuses move across without exports or manual reconciliation.

How it works
Every invoice or claim created in Flux is sent to Exact Online with the right customer, VAT, booking, and status data. Payments and corrections flow back into Flux, so both systems show the same financial reality.
This keeps your revenue, debtor management, and period reporting aligned without maintaining separate spreadsheets or manual exports.
Setup
An owner enables the integration in Flux via Settings → Apps → Exact Online. From there you connect the correct administration and align journals, VAT codes, and ledger accounts with your accounting setup.
Once connected, Flux remains your operational system for care administration and invoicing, while Exact Online becomes the financial endpoint for reporting, compliance, and close.
