Verify identity documents through SBV-Z in Flux

Introduction

With SBV-Z identity document verification, Flux checks whether a presented identity document is legally valid. This integration is intended for healthcare providers in the Dutch market and aligns with Dutch requirements around identification and record quality.

This supports careful patient identification at the front desk or during intake and helps reduce registration errors.

How it works

Flux uses SBV-Z to verify whether the presented identity document is valid within the Dutch context. This helps you determine more quickly whether the patient’s identification is correct before continuing the workflow.

A valid UZI server certificate is required for this check. More information is available from the UZI Register.

Configure

Enable the integration in Flux via the Apps settings and upload the correct UZI server certificate. After that, Flux can perform identity document checks as part of your identification process.
