With the QDNA integration, PREM questionnaires are sent automatically from Flux. Patient feedback becomes part of the treatment workflow without manual patient selection or separate mailing lists.
That gives your practice faster insight into patient experience and quality performance while the team keeps working in Flux.
How it works
Flux keeps track of consent, timing, and selection rules. When a trajectory is ready for measurement, the required data is sent securely to QDNA.
QDNA handles the invitation and reporting layer, making the results available for quality improvement, evaluation, and accountability without adding extra work for the practice.
Setup
The integration is enabled once in Flux via Settings → Apps → QDNA. After the practice account is connected, measurements can run automatically according to the configured workflow.
That keeps feedback collection reliable, scalable, and embedded in the normal operational process instead of becoming a separate quality task.
