Automatic VECOZO COV checks in Flux
Overview
With the VECOZO COV check, Flux automatically verifies whether and where a patient is insured. This gives you current insurance details inside the patient record and helps prevent claims from being sent to the wrong insurer.
How it works
Flux automatically starts a COV check when you create, open, or invoice a patient and a new verification is needed. The result is stored directly in the patient record, including insurer, policy details, and insurance status.
This means you can immediately see which insurer is involved and whether the data is still current. Read the full documentation for this integration.
Configure
Enable the integration in Flux via Settings → Apps → COV check. Then grant Flux an external authorization in Mijn VECOZO for the Coverage Verification (COV) service. Once that authorization is active, the integration works automatically. You can also review VECOZO’s explanation about authorizations if you need help with setup.
