See Dutch reimbursement and supplementary coverage in Flux
Overview
With Zorgvergoeding, Flux gives your practice faster insight into Dutch supplementary coverage, policy details, and available reimbursement. That helps align expectations, treatment choices, and invoicing much earlier in the process.
For the practice, this means fewer surprises afterward and more control over conversations about reimbursement, out-of-pocket costs, and treatment planning.
How it works
After connecting the integration, Flux retrieves insurance information and reimbursement context from Zorgvergoeding. This makes it easier to see which Dutch supplementary coverage applies and what needs attention for a specific patient.
That helps not only with invoicing, but also with treatment planning and avoiding misunderstandings about what is or is not reimbursed.
Setup
The integration is enabled in Flux via Settings → Apps → Zorgvergoeding. Flux can then retrieve the relevant reimbursement context automatically when it is needed.
This makes insurance insight part of the treatment and invoicing process without separate logins or manual policy checks.
