Overview
With the ZorgDomein integration, digital referrals arrive directly in Flux. Referral details, patient information, and attachments land in the right place without manual copying or separate email handling.
That turns referrals into one smooth workflow with less admin, faster intake handling, and better visibility into what is coming in.
How it works
As soon as a referrer sends a referral through ZorgDomein, Flux receives it automatically in the inbox or the right dossier. Flux then helps link it to an existing dossier or create a new patient record immediately.
From there, intake, scheduling, and treatment can start right away. The referral remains part of the dossier, so it does not need to be searched for or added again later.
Setup
The integration is enabled in Flux via Settings → Apps → ZorgDomein. After setup, referrals are processed automatically and securely inside the practice environment.
This keeps referrals, intake, and dossier creation inside one workflow without separate import steps or extra administrative handling.
