Validate Dutch addresses automatically in Flux

Overview

With the PostNL address check, Flux validates Dutch addresses automatically while the team is entering them. This keeps dossiers, invoices, and correspondence aligned with complete and standardized address data.

That reduces avoidable mistakes in post, invoicing, and communication. The team does not need to manually verify or correct addresses afterward.

How it works

As soon as someone enters an address in Flux, the integration checks it against the official PostNL address register. Missing or incorrect details such as postal code, house number, or city can be recognized and completed automatically where possible.

This keeps patient, referrer, and organization records more consistent and makes downstream processes like invoicing, document delivery, and dossier management more reliable without adding extra work.

Setup

The PostNL address check is active by default in Flux and does not require separate setup. Whenever an address is added or changed, Flux runs the validation in the background automatically.

This makes address quality part of the default workflow instead of a separate administrative task.
