Process card and contactless payments directly with Mollie
Overview
With Mollie Terminal, you can accept card and contactless payments directly at reception or in the treatment room. The payment is processed immediately and becomes visible in Flux.
That removes the need for a separate PIN administration and gives the team instant visibility into which invoices or in-person payments have already been completed.
How it works
You start the payment from Flux and let the patient complete it through the connected terminal. As soon as the transaction succeeds, the payment status is written back to the correct invoice or payment record in Flux.
This keeps administration in one system and avoids manual correction or matching work for in-person payments later on.
Setup
The integration is enabled in Flux via Settings → Apps → Mollie. Once the terminal is connected to your Mollie account, you can process front-desk or in-room payments immediately.
This turns card payments into part of the same workflow as invoices and online payments, without extra admin handling or a separate cash register process.
